Long Road Membership Pack
I hereby apply to be admitted as a member of the Long Road Olive Co-operative Ltd. and to be allocated one share therein. (1)
In respect of such application, I lodge herewith in accordance with the Rules the sum of $550, being $250 entrance fee and $300 paid-up share capital.
I certify that I am over the age of 18 years (2)
If this application be approved and the shares as aforesaid share be allotted to me, I agree to be bound by the Rules of the co-operative and by alterations thereof registered in accordance with section 121 of the Co-operatives National Law (Victoria).
(1) You may apply to purchase additional shares in the Co-op. If you would like to, please contact us via info@lroc.org.au. Please note that in line with the legislation governing co-operatives, members have only one vote at the co-operative's meetings even if more than one share is held.
(2) If you are under 18 you will need the consent of a parent or guardian. Please contact us via info@lroc.org.au if this is the case, as we will need to process your application manually.
